CAR CONSTRUCTION - Rules
are not strict so we can keep it fun. Be inventive!

Cannot exceed width of 5 feet &
length of 10 feet

| One seaters only - no passengers |
| The driver
& one helper must be able to lift and carry the car - this is
the only weight limit |
|
| - Two sturdy eyehooks -
one in front & one in rear (so we can pull you up the
hill) |

| - No deliberate weighting
(bowling balls, concrete blocks, dumb-bells, etc.) |
| - No propulsion systems
(pedals, motors, etc) - GRAVITY ONLY |
| - Skates, skate boards,
luge boards and their wheels are not allowed |
| - Four wheels must touch
the ground |
| - Brakes are optional |

- No
A.A.S.B.D. kit cars or "Z-Glas" wheels (see picture)

THE RACE
|
|
- Double Elimination
Bracket System
|
|
- 2 or 3 cars will race per heat (randomly chosen)
|
| - First place of the heat receives a win, second &
third receive a loss. Two losses = elimination. |
|
| - Must wear some sort of helmet
or head protection |

ground after the start
(No Fred Flinstone or "wheelchair"

- Push start - One person can
give one push
(from kneeling position behind or side of car) |

| - Driver must be 18 or over |
- No dirty racing (smoke
screens, oil slicks, spikes, etc.)
